I love that my boys enjoy a cartoon that has been around for a very long time. A cartoon that not only did I enjoy when I was a child, but that teaches them and is not full of bad language and unnecessary events that the characters take place in. What cartoon? Sesame Street of course!
Sesame Street has been around for so many years and yet it is still so popular. That says a lot about the program. Not only do my boys ask for Elmo by name, but they love all of the characters as if they were "friends."
We recently received the DVD, Sesame Street: Iron Monster and Sesame Heroes.

This is a new video that includes Sesame Street characters and Super Heroes!
The video includes 4 action-packed Sesame Street stories and a heroic bonus special starring Bert and Ernie! My boys LOVED it, and have watched it numerous times since we received it. Elmo and the other Sesame Street characters have always been a favorite in our household.
The Sesame Street gang transform themselves into super monsters with amazing powers.

Elmo was my sons favorite character but he's a "big boy" now (3 1/2! lol) ....Don't know the sex of the baby that's on the way, but big brother insists that it's going to be a "baby Katie", so... maybe "she" will like Abby Cadabby? :)

Well, we're watching Sesame Street right now (it's 9:30 here) and I asked my 3 year old who his favorite is, and he said, "Elmo!" Haha, I was hoping we'd outgrown that phase, but I guess Elmo is still his BFF. ;)

Well my grandson's are whom i am doing this for and there favorite is cookie monster. They always said its because he gets to eat all the cookies whenever he wants to !! lol
